Early check in charges are too high for same day check out given a fake non gst bill. Rooms are not that maintenaned

They gave smoking rooms for my family with kids. Rooms were not up to the mark for the cost of 4k. Support staff were responsive. Inroom dining was pathetic

Business stay, very helpful staff, very cleaned and well maintained, hygienic bathroom, business class, floor, mattress and bed all are cleaned and good condition, for me entire stay is excellent.

Excellent hotel. I know this hotel from the opening time. People are courteous and friendly. Clean rooms. Food was good. If at all any plans to visit to our lady of snows in Tuticorin this hotel is nearby and walkable. Well connected to city as well.

It is an old property that needs renovation and good maintenance. Furniture and fixtures are also in replaceable condition. Therefore, comparatively, the price is a bit high. The location is good. However, i may not prefer this hotel next time.
