The location is a bit deep inside. There is a fair amount of parking space, but there should be parking for the elderly or disabled to walk a bit closer.
The hotel's elevator opens and closes too fast. Almost pinched my family twice. The same goes for the automatic door in front of the hotel. It opens and closes too fast. Almost pinched an elderly person with slow movement.
The bathroom is very narrow. The room is okay.
The breakfast is reasonable for the price.

Not far from Central Ubon. The food is delicious, but the towels are a bit old. The bed is high and soft, very soul-sucking. My back hurts. The room is as advertised and the bathroom is a bit hidden.
