rooms were so smelly and hotel manager is very greedy,my planned were to stay there about 2 nights but i left after first night,it was worst stay.

i got a very good experience perfect location and viiew from my room was beautiful and awsome hotel staff is very nice and kind sarvice was very fast and food was amozing we sit outside in the lawn in evening the vibes very positive we enjoy our food their we recommended this must visit,..,

Overall average property. I was surprise to see the room. It was different what shown in mm t picture. In suit room 2nd bed was sofa bed in place of queen bed which was ok for one person only. Also restaurant cleanliness not up to the mark. Poor breakfast and food service. Took one hour for serving tea.

Very bad experience with this hotel, room service is worst, staff is very lazy and unprofessional, room service is very very poor, this hotel is far from main patnitop, i give one star to this hotel only because of there bilding, expect this everything is not good, i suggest everyone to don't book this hotel

Property is at perfect location with good staff. Food is good but buffet breakfast needs to improve as they serve same menu every day with very less options.

I stayed in the family room of one heritage. It is an old property so cup-boards/drawers etc were not in good shape. Bathroom was renovated and was fine. View from hotel is not that great. Over a period of time, seems lot of buildings have come in the vicinity blocking the view. In case of power cut only a few lights were on. There was no power in any of the sockets. One good thing is the well maintained garden. There is no lift. For family rooms need to climb 4 floors.

All seems ok excel toilets are very smelly and no lift available, however service is good and overall hotel apace utilisation is very thoughtful.

Ambience - good cleanliness - very good location - good but 5 km before patnitop. Ideal for winters. Food - below average service staff - average, seems the chef is overloaded as we got our food order delivered in 30 mins even though the guest count is very less. The hotel manager is good at listening to issues i hope they will also work on it. Thanks
