This cute Inn is located a good 12 minute walk from any station. However, you are walking through a beautiful residential area of Uji, We are local residents are living. No tourism here. Also restaurants within a few minutes. The room is bigger than most Japanese with a sofa. The bathroom is so cute and compact but perfectly usable and clean. Good water pressure and hot. I enjoyed the Sencha tea In the kitchen area. You re I a your own once you check in and Will be welcome to use the kitchen and dining areas. I would recommend us for a small family

The room is small but fully equipped with toilet, shower room, clean. The owner enthusiastically recommends restaurants, attractions, transportation, and everything else is self-service. We were the only family there that day, so it was quiet and free.

The B&B is very good. The landlord can speak Chinese and gave us a map. He is very talkative and the overall atmosphere is very good. The rooms are generally small, but they have private bathrooms. The saying "small but complete" is fully reflected in Japan. Attached is a nearby restaurant that has delicious matcha at a cheap price and is open until 9/10 pm.

It takes about ten minutes to walk to the tram station, and it only takes half an hour to get to Fushimi Inari. The environment is also quite good. The decoration below the hotel is very life-like Japanese style. Hot tea and coffee are also provided, and there is a kitchen for cooking. The accommodation is very traditional tatami and very clean. Although it is a public restroom + shower room, the whole B&B has a very Japanese feel. I really like it and I got to experience sleeping on a "real" tatami. The two landlords can speak Chinese, and check-in is super convenient.

Remember to read the check-in rules carefully before checking in. You need to confirm one day in advance and check in before 10 pm. We didn't read it carefully and caused trouble to the store, but fortunately the store's attitude was very good. It was my first time staying in a tatami room and I felt very good.

When I went to a convenience store to buy some food, the boss would also tell me that there was a larger supermarket nearby, and it was relatively close. When I wanted to take pictures of a larger room in the morning, the boss even opened the door curtain so that I could have the best light to take pictures. It’s really beautiful there. Whether it’s the courtyard or the corridor, even on the way to JR, the buildings along the way are so impressive. I really want to go there again.
