The place appeared pristine on Instagram, but in reality, our experience was dreadful. The superior room on the 2nd floor was untidy with no basic amenities like water bottles or tissues. Bathroom lacked soap and was unclean, with dusty tea bags not changed and neglected fixtures. Bedsheets had marks and an unpleasant odor. Hospitality was nonexistent, and the staff seemed unconcerned about customer experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Cleanliness and hygiene were severely lacking.
