Regarding service, there is no doubt for a class like Aston. Comfortable hotel, spacious room, clean and makes you feel at home. My child even wants to stay here again. There was just a little miscommunication between the application and the hotel. I ordered a deluxe premier room on the application but Aston received a deluxe standard room. Fortunately, Aston quickly helped make an invoice that I could report to the application. The application was also responsive so I could get the room according to what I had ordered previously. Although I didn't get a room on the upper floor.
For the breakfast menu, the taste is so-so. Maybe in the future the taste of the food can be improved, especially for a class like Aston

The reception staff went our their way to help me: they directed my Bluebird taxi driver, as he could not speak English; they helped me with ordering a Grab taxi; and even after I left the hotel, they contacted me to notify me about a restaurant I was asking them about.
