Very reasonable price, especially on the occasion of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour. Location is very good, convenient to go everywhere. Rooms are spacious & clean. Services are exceptional. Highly-recommended.

A room is comfortable, staffs are also friendly. There are many facilities. Y’all can pay 20$ each to have a breakfast. This hotel is near Paddy’s market, China town, Thai town etc. you can walk along to line rail to find a stores or restaurants! and I think it’s reasonable, convenient and peaceful! I’ll recommend this place for my friends if they will travel to Sydney for sure! Lastly, the housekeeper cleaning my room every day. I love it. But if you travel with your grandma or grandpa it’s a bit hard to get to this place cuz you need to walk for 5 mins to this place.

The female manager at front desk is very arrogant. She refuses several of my requests just saying it’s their rule. The hotel charges exceptionally high because it’s a hot season supposedly but in fact it’s just a motel. What’s worse, the property is next to a beautiful park, but the windows are sealed. The air cannot circulate inside room.

That's our second time stayed in this Hotel, after the south Pacific cruise from LA , Honolulu, Tahiti, New Zealand then Sydney. The room is big and space, this time we got the higher floor and corner unit, overlook the tree top and garden. The check in and check out services are good as usual. We love the location, very central, walking distance to Darling Harbor or China Town and the market too. We have a late afternoon flight to KL and Penang, after checked out they kept our large luggage for half day, so we can walk around and have lunch, thanks for the kindness. In general we have a very good stay, we'll be back next time.

Located in quiet neighbourhood. Great coffee shop around the corner. 5 min from Chinatown which is great convenience. Room is relatively big.

10 mins walk from train station not really convenient but cheap, not providing bottle of water. nothing complaints with this price

The room is spacious and bright, with a sofa, coffee table, writing desk, a balcony, and a large bathroom. The transportation is convenient, and the surrounding shopping is also convenient. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Chinatown. The room price will increase on weekends.

The hotel environment is OK, but the front desk is just average. We are a family of three, with a 16-year-old daughter. I thought the room and bed were big enough, and there was a sofa, so I wrote 2 people when booking. When I checked in at the front desk, they asked me to add 50 Australian dollars/night for an extra bed. I don't want to argue, which will affect my mood, but I may not consider this hotel next time, because there are many hotels to choose from. I have been to the United States, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, and Japan, and I have never experienced this situation. I hope this rule can be improved. If I sleep 5 people in one room, it would be outrageous. Can't my family of three sleep in one bed?
