Problem checking in took about 40minutes but I think this was trip.com fault as wanted payment when I clearly showed it fully paid before hand.
The place was clean and seemed new self check in machines not working and staff looked over worked and stressed.
Breakfast was terrible as compared to other chains under cooked food and to be fair other guests being too greedy and taking all the breakfast items.

The hotel is modern, clean and located in a good spot to explore the town and 25 mins from Windermere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered to make me fresh poached eggs even though there were plenty on the breakfast counter. Free parking and a nice view of the river and lighthouse. Great value for money and the food was good for the prices. I would definitely stay again.

Always a great welcome every week on our return alway greeted with a smile by all members of staff but one member goes above and beyond this is Janet. The rooms are always clean and tidy and of course the beds are very comfortable with extra pillows available in the rooms.

David and Helen at the Ulverston branch are amazing!!! Brilliant, helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was brilliant. Great selection. Staff where friendly. We took our two year old and Staff made a fuss of her, talking and waving. She loved it

I stayed at this hotel for business and had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the town center, making it convenient for work and leisure. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the service was attentive and professional. A comfortable stay overall, ideal for business travelers.

Great rooms, Emily ensured i had no issues checking in each time for my scattered bookings while down for business for 3 weeks. Laundry done when needed and parking is great, highly recommended eating in the restaurant too, exceptional food.

Cleaning very poor , inadequate. Bedding not changed in 7 nights. Bathroom bin rarely emptied. Poor cleaning of Bathroom. Today glasses have disappeared. I expect better at Premierinn. Check in good but the rest of the time reception not covered. Room for improvement.
