Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, moderne und helle Einrichtung, freundliche Mitarbeiter und eine tolle Lage am Strand. Sehr positiv überrascht und habe eine Nacht angehängt. würde wieder kommen.

We stayed in this hotel for a mini vacation with our granddaughter for 4 days. We were just before the hotel closes (end of season). The hotel was full. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view - wonderful. The room was big, clean. A cot was prepared for the granddaughter. The bathroom may be a bit dated. The choice of food (breakfast, dinner) was large and it was good. Most of the staff were very friendly. Only the employees who cleaned the tables in the dining room were in a worse mood. We didn't go to the pool, because there were always a lot of people. We preferred to take advantage of the beautiful sunny days for walks.

So etwas wie in diesem Hotel haben wir noch nie erlebt. Am 2ten Tag unseres Urlaubes ist einfach ein Stück von der Zimmerdecke herunter gebrochen, zum Glück waren wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon wach da Teile der Decke auf das Bett von unserem Baby gefallen sind. Ich bin sofort zur Rezeption um dies zu melden und mir wurde nur gesagt ja das passiert öfter, er wird den Hausmeister schicken. Da nach ca 2 Stunden immer noch keiner gekommen ist um den Schaden zu beheben bzw das Zimmer zu putzen ist mein Mann nochmal zur Rezeption gegangen nach 15min war dann endlich jemand da aber wir haben entschlossen dieses Hotel sofort zu verlassen. Es gab vom Hotel weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein entgegenkommem. Das sind untragbare und lebensgefährliche Zustände gerade für Familien mit kleinen Kindern/Babys. Das Essen ist leider auch nur eine Massenabfertigung und nicht zu empfehlen. Positiv ist der Punta Pool für Kinder und die direkte Meerlage, alles andere läuft in diesem Hotel nicht so wie es in einem 4 Sterne Hotel einer bekannten Hotelkette laufen soll/darf.
