The Beverly Hills is and always has been a wonderful experience. Staff are above and beyond in their service. Rooms overlook the sea and have spectacular sunrise and sunsets. All meals are exceptional, breakfast on the terrace with its amazing buffet is a delight to start the day.

Service and staff excellent. Room and views lovely. Breakfast buffet nice but quite average. Wi-Fi very spotty and impossible to stream on iPad. I feel like a hotel of this calibre should be able to provide strong Wi-Fi. Room service efficient.

Check-in was extremely slow, room was outdated. Bathroom was small and dirty. Aircon did not work and it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room. Bed was uncomfortable. Large variety of food but was tasteless

We stayed here for one night only as part of our South African trip so didn’t get to experience all that the hotel has to offer. It is very stylish and our room was spotless, with a small balcony overlooking the lighthouse and the whalebone pier. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed our evening meal too. Service was good. Sadly we didn’t get to eat our breakfast outside overlooking the sea due to the pesky monkeys. Our only issue was our bathroom. We stayed in Room 406. The bath was a strange shape and was very narrow to sit in and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Thankfully we were able to mop this up with the lovely thick bath towels. Also, this bathroom honestly had the worst grouting and siliconing we have ever seen!

Group of six guests, for an early afternoon of coffees, cake & desert. Was very disappointed with the service, we waited for what felt like 1 hour for our food to arrive. The cushions outside were wet, the service was appalling. Great sea views though!

On the ocean and able to walk board walk and 2 minute walk to lighthouse. Beautiful pool, beach, facility. Able yo walk up to multiple restaurants and shopping.

The best hotel in South Africa. Well trained staff, exceptional rooms and view over the Indian Ocean. Best dining experience you could ever hope for. Staff take note of all your needs and anticipate what you will need. Been going there for over 50 years
