Wir kamen spät an, die Rezeption war noch besetzt und wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüsst und bedient. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und die Bedienung auch wiederum sehr freundlich.

Das Hotelpersonal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im ganzen Haus ein ästhetisches Ambiente. Das Hotel ist super bikefreundlich und verfügt über eine bestens ausgestattete Bikewerkstatt. Grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon, geräumige Zimmer.

Ich bin jetzt bereits das zweite Mal hier in diesem ruhig gelegenen, familienfreundlichen Hotel - nicht umsonst! Mich überzeugt die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, das feine Nachtessen und ebenso das herrliche Frühstücksbuffet. Sauberkeit und ein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kommen noch dazu ! Als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten, sei das Wandern entlang der Suonen, biken oder ein Besuch auf der Moosalp mit seinen herrlichen Crèmeschnitten .... die Gegend lohnt sich!

J'avais réservé 4 chambres pour moi et mes amies pour un séjour de 2 nuits. Tout le personnel, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant est tout à fait exceptionnel. A l'écoute de nos moindres désirs, d'une disponibilité inégalable et toujours avec le sourire. Les chambres sont spacieuses, meublées avec beaucoup de goût, avec un balcon, très propres et avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, les pains et les croissants délicieux. Nous avons soupé sur place et la qualité était sans failles. Quel bonheur ! J'y retournerai, c'est sûr. Encore merci à tout le personnel, y compris aux dames qui nettoient les chambres.

Einen Aufenthalt im Alpenhof in Unterbäch ist absolut empfehlenswert. - sehr gute Lage (ÖV, Skilift, Bus...) - wunderbare Kulisse (ruhig, umgeben von Natur, Lichtblumen im März blühen überall, Berge) - sehr freundliches und offenes Personal, sehr wertschätzend, reibunglose Organisation. - sehr feine Kost, grosse Auswahl and Nachtessen, feines Frühstückbuffet - sehr gepflegt, sauber und schöne Zimmer Ich würde definitiv nochmals hingehen.

À 50 mètres de plusieurs services, info-tourisme, le remonte-pente de ski, la cabine du téléphérique…
Seule petite déception: une bouilloire dans la chambre.
J’étais venu pour 24 heures, j’ai prolongé pour 3 autres journée.

We had a great stayig in Hotel Alpenhof in Unterbäch. The location of the hotel was amazing and the hotel itself and room was super nice. The best part was a stunning mountain view! Service was as well friendly and helpfull and they took into account our wish relating a room with a mountain view. I really felt as wellcome to the hotel and it felt that they really care about their customers. Maybe only minusis where the breakfast (lack of fresh vegetables) and lack of air-condition in a room.
