For those who are travelling by car and passing Graz in Austria this is a perfect location to make a stop over for a night. The hotel is next to the runway to continue next day. In general during our travel we have stayed in many hotels in different countries and I can say that this is the cleanest hotel we stayed. Everything were spotless. Breakfast very good not many things, but products that everyone eats nothing is going to waste😅. Staff is very friendly and welcoming always tries to help you. We stayed in the room 103 and can say very nice room got everything you need 🥰 I am suggesting this hotel to everyone who is travelling. Also, there is an airport next for the Hotel FYI .

Good experience, I found the price of parking a bit too high (12 euro per day) and also there eas no info about during the booking, the structure is really nice but the gym needs some maintenance

Patronizing or outright rude personnel. Housekeeping once a week, if you are lucky. Insect carcasses in the curtains and on the walls. No kitchen most of the week only exorbitantly priced snacks (canned food warmed up). Good luck finding options for lunch/dinner. The hotel is located right next to a major highway and the airport, but there really isn’t anything else around other than a superficial lake and some empty parking garages. No balconies at all, super noisy anyways and windows are locked to prevent me from committing suicide (hotel staff quote, seriously) I travel a lot (movies) but this is just the worst. A colleague had troubles getting into his room. The keycard or lock was faulty. After heading down to the desk three times and back up again to try once more, he told staff, he’s gonna kick in the door to reach his bed (14h workday). The manager called the police on him. … what a hassle

The spacious room, varied breakfast, service, bartender, hot snacks in the bar until midnight made a very good impression on me. If I am on an extended trip in the future on this route, I will certainly choose this hotel again.

This hotel is easy to get to and it only 10 mins drive to the airport. There is parking around the hotel and I was charged €8 to park overnight. I didn’t see any options for a hotel bus shuttle and in a previous stay I paid €20 for a taxi to/from the hotel My room was quite big with lots of room. The room looks updated and modern and there was a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV (hardly any English speaking channels) work table, lounge chair and side table to relax in. The room had air conditioning with an old thermostat, you could hear the air conditioning running but even if it was on for a long time I didn’t feel the room getting any cooler. In fact I had to open the window in the evening to cool the room down, I was facing the busy motorway so there was a lot of road noise from the open window. The bathroom was a good size, with room to put toiletries at the sink and a good shower Wifi was available throughout the hotel and worked fine. The hotel does have a fitness room but I didn’t use it. The hotel does have a small mini market at reception that you can buy snacks. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel I only stayed one night and the restaurant was only doing a buffet dinner at that time. I arrived to eat barely 20 minutes after the restaurant opened, but the food presented looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours. The pork dish was oily, overcooked and chewy, the chips were a mixture of undercooked and overcooked and barely warm, the bread felt and tasted a couple of days old, the pasta was stodgy and the sauce was congealed. The salad, fruit and dessert options were fresh, but the selection was small. For the price of €20 I was disappointed I also had breakfast the next morning, it was €16, and again the food wasn’t that tasty and there was a limited selection Overall this hotel is clean comfortable hotel if you are staying before a flight, and I would stay here again, although I would be eating elsewhere

Everything exept the income rcepcionist was fine! The recepcionist that was on shaft 1,and 20 /05 is the worstreceptionist ever! Unpleasent and avoiding contact, unhelpfull!! i dont know why people like this work in hospitalyty!! Fantastic breakfast and breakfastaff🤩 Room clean!!!

Ok for sleeping, disappointing that the bar and restaurant closed early due to lack of guests…. We were told restaurant was open until 10.30pm, and bar until midnight, this was by reception. The bar maid and chef decided otherwise due to very few guests…

Reception: Although I had only stayed in this hotel about 3 months ago, my details were no longer stored. The lady at check-in wanted to charge me again, even though I had already paid for the night in advance. Generally very cold reception, not really friendly. The guest seems to be the annoying evil here. Unfortunately, the room is also cold. Hopefully breakfast will be better tomorrow. €12.00 for the parking space (not a garage) in front of the hotel is not exactly cheap either.

I liked the cleanliness, I had no problems with this part, air conditioning works well, the light is great, and the room is large and spacious for sleeping alone or as a couple, for sharing among friends I find it a bit cramped as the beds are very close together. Despite being a hotel far from the center, there is a bus stop very close by that facilitates this transfer. The receptionist speaks English that is difficult to understand, fast and with a lot of accent, but is very helpful. Tip, don't eat pizza at reception if you don't want to see someone speaking German angrily.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding here about a month ago with around 70 guests. It was a wonderful celebration and we are incredibly happy that we chose the Ramada. Event manager Milan and service manager Balazs, but actually the whole team, did a fantastic job. Thank you very much for that! Food We had a buffet with several starters, soup, various main courses and last but not least a chocolate fountain. From what I noticed, the cold starters such as salmon tartare and roast beef, but also the gnocchi with shrimp, stood out, but it was all really, really good! Service Everything was perfectly prepared right from the start, we never ran out of drinks even though we had a lot of thirsty people with us in the warm temperatures ;) We celebrated for a very, very long time and the whole team looked after us very well right up to the end. There were suitable solutions for spontaneous requests and we were also able to organize the schedule flexibly without any problems. Facilities/Location We had a few small babies among the guests and with the help of the hotel we set up a baby room - it worked perfectly. From what I've heard from many locations, it can be a problem late at night if guests are loud - that can't happen at the Ramada Hotel. We were loud, even on the terrace, and that didn't bother anyone ;) Another big plus was the private bar in our hall. Rooms/Accommodation Many of our guests stayed overnight on site, including my wife and I. The rooms were very clean and well equipped, although we didn't spend very long in them ;) The breakfast buffet the next morning was great, I really recommend it! Organization The organization with Milan was pleasantly uncomplicated. Our wishes were fulfilled and the price was also absolutely reasonable. Dear Ramada team, thank you very much.
