Second time staying here and it never disappoints! Was nice during covid and even better now! The room was very clean, the bathroom spacious and the bed and pillows!!! I did not want to get out of bed in the morning!! We come down once a year for a date night and this is our favorite hotel to stay at! The hot breakfast in the morning is amazing! Biscuits/gravy, sausage links, scrambled egg circles with cheese, cinnamon rolls (fresh made in waffle iron) or waffles, cereals, assorted rolls, yogurt; juices. Something for everyone!!

When picking up the plane, the hotel asked me to take a taxi from the airport, the hotel paid the money, when the plane was delivered, the hotel staff drove it by themselves and the service was very good. The hotel is in the city, but because it is a big winter, it is cold outside, the river is frozen, the road is frozen, so there is almost no outdoor activity, just walked down SKYWALK, an indoor passage connecting many buildings in the city. There is also heating inside, and the city is small.

My wife and I spent a night here driving from Michigan home to Colorado. When we arrived, I realized I'd reserved the wrong night. The front desk person helped us out, found a room for the same rate, and got us checked in no problem. The room was great - separate bedroom and complete kitchen. It was clean and quiet. The hotel also has a ton of stuff you can borrow (like waffle makers and games). I'd definitely recommend the place!

I really appreciate Brittany when I checked in. She helped me get a better rate by having me call the Extended Stay America reservation line. I liked her calm demeanor and concern for the guest. I also observed her help another customer extend his stay. Additionally, I was appreciative of Amy when I checked out. She tried to help me put in my correct email in their front desk system. When I made my reservation, the representative inadvertently put in the computer an incorrect email address. Although we were unsuccessful, I was able to change it by calling the main number. I'm grateful for her effort. Thank you, Brittany and Amy!
