Très bon séjour. Grand hôtel situé dans un endroit calme en dehors du centre, a 5 min en voiture des parkings aux abords du centre historique ou a 30 min a pied. Bon petit déjeuner.

Hotel da me frequentato più volte un pochi di anni fa e per questo ho prenotato . Camera de luxe …..? Con meno di così non si può arredare una camera !!!!!!! Non voglio nemmeno immaginare come sia una camera standard … ed al di là di questo comunque i muri sono pieni di segni ed in bagno sopra la doccia c’è una vistosa macchia di una perdita non recente Corridoi con una moquette incredibile … Colazione circondati da fiori di plastica e con tovaglie di carta ….. Le torte buone Ricordo tutto un altro hotel ….peccato . Certamente non ci torno ma se questo è un quattro stelle ……anche no

Thieves. They stole €155 euros from me. I am very sorry to be writing this review but I have to be honest and say what experience I had with this hotel. In the beginning of September I paid 155€ for a spa day + 2 hour spa treatment. I intended it as a gift for myself during my holiday. Today I was supposed to have the treatment however even though the appointment was at 11am and I left my bnb at 9:30, due to the BioSalus festival the buses were not serving the city centre and it was very confusing try and get the bus. I tried catching one but they just passed right in front of me without stopping. Turned out I was on the wrong temporary bus stop. In the meantime I tried calling a taxi but nobody replied. I explained the situation to Hotel Mamiani and asked for a refund. They just told me that I can use the amount I paid till next year or else gift it to a friend. I explained that I do not live in Italy so to use the voucher I have to pay a flight, accomodation and other expenses. Can you just understand that accidents happen?

Camere belle e silenziose, ho apprezzato che non vi fosse la moquette in camera, il letto è molto grande e comodo, peccato per i cuscini che non erano memory. È presente un buon ristorante, buona anche la colazione. Un piccolo appunto sulla pulizia dei bagni, si può fare di più.

Luogo tranquillo, belle camere, il servizio nel complesso è da 4 stelle, ma la chiusura del ristorante a sorpresa, in un giorno diverso da quello previsto come chiusura settimanale, ha posto molti problemi essendo accaduto di lunedì quando ad Urbino la maggior parte dei ristoranti è chiusa.

Hotel alla periferia di Urbino: sarebbe in posizione tranquilla ma noi il weekend la notte abbiamo dormito male per via della musica "a palla" delle strutture vicine...colazione nella norma ma non molto fornita sul fronte dell'intolleranza al lattosio...Camera suite comoda , pulita e spaziosa.

Un buon hotel alla periferia di Urbino. Il personale molto cortese, colazione buona, ottima la SPA, prezzo ok, diversi piccoli difetti che su 4 stelle vanno evidenziati: areazione bagno non funzionava, alcune lampadine non funzionavano, accessori vasca scadenti/rotti, moquette nei corridoi, ragnatele diffuse. il voto sarebbe stato 3/5 per la struttura ma gli do 4/5 per l'ottima SPA
