Upon checking in, the manager offered to book a hot air balloon ride for 210 euros per person. However, I found the same ride online for only 150 euros, which felt like an overcharge. I strongly recommend not booking the hot air balloon through them.
Additionally, the room we booked was uncomfortably hot during the summer, with no fan or air conditioning. The amenities were minimal, and the safe didn’t even work. The breakfast was also disappointing, offering the same limited options every day.

Otel ***et temizdi. Odamız yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanisliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Orelin konumu Ürgüp merkezde idi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.

Unser Zimmer war klein aber für einen Tag ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist nicht extravagant, aber völlig ausreichend und frisch.

Çok memnun kaldık.
Otelde eviniz gibi hissediyorsunuz. Otel yönetimi ve çalışanları mutlu olmanız için ellerinden geleni yapıyor. Konumu mükemmel. Temizlik çok çok iyi. Yapılabilecek aktiviteler hakkında oldukça geniş bir bilgilendirme yapıldı. Hatta ilgili yerlere bizzat arayarak yönlendirdiler. Küçük ayrıntılarla güzelleştirilmişti her yer. Bir daha Kapadokya’ya gidersem tercihim yine bu otel olacak kesinlikle. Hem kahvaltı salonunda hem de alt kat sedirli odada şömine başı keyfimizi de, Mayıs ayı olmasına rağmen seçeceğimizi düşünerek otel yöneticilerinin insiyatifi ile yaptık.

Sessiz ve rahat
Oda temiz ve rahattı. Odanın kendi balkonu olmasa da ortak alanda oturduk. Sakin ve sessizdi. Ancak bizim kaldigimiz zamanla da ilgili olabilir. Ürgüp merkez küçük zaten. Yürüme mesafesinde. Aracınızı ara sokağa park ediyorsunuz. Biz ailece otelden memnun kaldık ama Ürgüp'u genel olarak sevmedik.

It's a great place, they are very welcoming and kind the rooms are very cozy it's like being teleported in the past, I went there with my family,4 people, and all of them liked it. The cats r friendly too they even have names, if you see 1 don't hesitate to play with them. Just a warning don't touch anything on the walls they r very fragile
