Hotel mal localizado A única coisa que tem por perto é um mercadinho em frente Não permitem que você consuma bebidas não compradas lá em suas dependências, nem mesmo pagando pela taxa do serviço. Toalhas das meses sempre sujas Funcionários pouco gentis Café da manhã com pouca variedade de frutas O quarto, a cama e a refeição servida no jantar são bons

Ενω μας το παρουσίασαν για 5* απο το ταξιδιωτικό γραφειο ηταν για 3* Έμεινα στο κτίριο αριθμός 1 και το Wi-Fi δεν λειτούργησε ουτε για 1 λεπτο Στρώματα παλια και άβολα , στενό δωματιο , δεν υπήρχε αφρόλουτρο μονο σαμπουάν , και τα τζαμια χαλασμένα ωστε να μην βλεπεις εξω σαν να ηταν βρώμικα , δεν ειχε ασανσέρ και οταν ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου δεν μας το εκαναν

Ταλαιπωρημένο ξενοδοχείο σε όλα τα επίπεδα, στο lobby τα σαλόνια ήταν όλα φθαρμένα, τα δωμάτια απαράδεκτα μικρά (δεν χώραγαν να ανοίξουν 2 βαλίτσες σε δίκλινο) οι ντουλάπες απαράδεκτα μικρές, σπασμένοι νιπτήρες και στα 2 δωμάτια που είχαμε με μπανιέρα και πλαστική κουρτίνα. Χωρίς αφρόλουτρο ούτε conditioner στα δωμάτια και όταν ζητήσαμε μας είπαν οτι έχουν μόνο σαμπουάν στον τοίχο που το γεμίζουν όταν αδειάσει. Η κουρτίνα του δωματίου με τρύπα, υπήρχε ηλεκτρικός πίνακας χωρίς καπάκι ας μην μιλήσουμε για άφαντους πυροσβεστήρες... Στα δωμάτια δεν καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα και μια μέρα που είχαν καθαρίσει είχαν αφήσει την πόρτα ανοικτή!!! Μέναμε στον 2τερο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ!!! Πουθενά στα δωμάτια και στο κτίριο των δωματίων μας δεν έπιανε το Wi-Fi με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να είμασταν εκτός δωματίου για να έχουμε internet για επικοινωνία. Το βάψιμο στους τοίχους κακοβαμμένο Στον χώρο των αποδυτηρίων των spa οι διακόπτες και το χώρος δεν ήταν καθαρός και με παλιές πετσέτες! Ηταν μια απο τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες μας σε ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων!!! Ντροπή!!

hotel nella media senza infamia e senza lode. 5 stelle non si percepiscono. personale alla reception molto cortese ma i camerieri nel ristorante assolutamente privi di professionalita'. mettono ansia girando continuamente tra i tavoli e quasi ti portano via il piatto mentre mangi. camere spaziose ma non da 5 stelle. letti king size. essendo un hotel dove arrivano prevalentemente gruppi al ristorante c'e' l'assalto al buffet.

Hotel de 3 estrellas, si llega. Bastante anticuado y poco cuidado. Habitación y baño deprimentes. Nuestro aire acondicionado ¡empezó a gotear en la alfombra a la 1:30 de la madrugada! Nos cambiaron pero no volvería... Desayuno normal con café y zumos muy malos.

Pessima esperienza in Cappadocia,hotel 5 stelle che ne vale due e mezzo . Stanze molto grandi , bagno con vasca e tenda degli anni 70, moquette dalla pulizia discutibile , ristorante con buffet ampio ma non di qualità , colazione inesistente perché ampia scelta di verdure insalate ma nulla a che fare con la colazione, sia dolce che salata a meno di qualche pancakes . Inaccettabile la maleducazione dei camerieri ,si vede che sono improvvisati e non parlano neanche due parole di inglese che sarebbe il minimo per un hotel che accoglie decine di bus turistici . A cena hanno raggiunto il massimo: non cambiano le tovaglie ,tutte macchiate e per due giorni si seguito abbiamo ritrovato il bicchiere macchiato di rossetto trovato sul nostro tavolo .
