Reception staff Burcu and İskender went out of their way to help with every aspect of our stay,were courteous,helpful and friendly.Only issue was when we left for the day we found the toilet and bathroom sink was not cleaned at all(towels were changed and bed was made)when we came back .They had sent the housekeeping lady to do it in the evening who was not impressed with our request and insisted that minimum and necessary cleaning was done by her.I was not happy with that at all as she wanted to make her point by arguing which wasn’t professional at all.
Otherwise all other staff were amazing.A big thanks to Mr İskender who had kept our valuables safe as we had forgotten them in the safe box.

This was one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed at by far! In terms of the hotel cleanliness, the facilities, the staff. The staff definitely made a huge difference to our stay, they were extremely helpful and kind, always greeting us around and asking if we have any needs, this was so lovely to see.
The only downside is the location of the hotel, it’s not the nearest to the beach, where you can go for a swim, which is a biased opinion. The hotel does have a lovely rooftop pool as an alternative. There is a market with so many things to explore and buy, plenty of restaurants and bars around. There also is a police station round the corner, which makes you feel extra safe.

There was no parking at our arrival and they sent us to park in a parking lot at least 2 blocks away, without even offering to take our stuff out of the car. WiFi didn’t connect with our passport number, and it took multiple calls with the staff until they were able to create manual user/pass for us to connect to the WiFi. There were spider webs in the room, attached in the picture. The fridge wasn’t working and after multiple requests, they didn’t swap the fridge nor offered to change our room. Extremely inexperienced staff.

3 arkadaş çıktığımız tatilde ferah ve temiz odalarıyla kahvaltıdaki çeşitlilikle verdiğimiz paranın kuruşuna kadar değdiğini söyleyebilirim,tam bir aile oteli özellikle girişteki hanımefendi güler yüzü ve ilgisiyle bizi evimizde hissettirdi keza her çalışanı güler yüzlü ve samimiydi plaja yakınlığı,konumu dolayısıyla gece harika bir atmosfer sunuyor ayrıca havuzunun olması da pastanın kreması oldu :) Urlaya tekrar gidecek olursam yine burayı tercih ederim

Çok memnun kaldım, kesinlikle tekrar gelicem. Otelin konforu temizliği, yeni oluşu cok ferah. Yataklar cok rahat. Resepsiyon çalışanları da çok yardımcı. Otelin konumu ve ozellikle terastaki manzarası çok güzel.

Olumsuz yorumları hayretle okudum. Biz başka bir otelde mi kaldık diye düşündüm. Otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren, İskender Bey ve Burcu Hanım son derece güler yüzle karşıladılar. Kaldığımız iki gün boyunca otelden ve personelden çok memnun kaldık. Otel temizdi, konumu güzeldi. Yolum yine Urla'ya düşerse kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Otel manzarası oda denizi görüyorsaoldukça iyi diğer odaların bir özelliği yok. ( her iki oda da kalmış oldugumuz için yazıyorum) en önemli detay çalışanlardan İskender bey ve Burcu hanım süperler belki bizim için en önemli detay bu... Kahvaltı eh işte... Havuz önemli çok rüzgarlı oldugunda çocuğunuz varsa çok çok önem kazanıyor. Diğer önemli bir ayrıntı Otelde alkol yok... Neden olmaz ki??? Durum budur iyi tatiller...
