All staff are friendly and willing to serve, especially front desk and the manager 刘益良. Being so patient and help us solved some issue which is beyond his jobscope. very much appreciate. Of course, the room is clean, breakfast is great. Love their laundry room so much. High CP hotel.

The hotel location is excellent which is right at the entrance to the food street/night market. Checked in was swift and service was also good.

The lady at the door and the front desk receptionist were very welcoming. The location is very good. It is not far from the Grand Bazaar and Jinquan Mall. It can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. The sanitary conditions are also very clean. At first, the reviews were mixed, and I was a little worried about the food street downstairs. I recommend the Minyoulite Pilaf and Noodles chain store, which is clean and hygienic. If you have enough energy, it’s not far away. There’s also Grapevine Bakery and a shop called Rainbow Restaurant. The breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend it and will choose it next time I go to Urumqi.

The hotel is actually easy to find, just at the intersection, but after listening to the navigation for a long time, I couldn't get into the hotel. I found the hotel security and successfully drove the car into the parking lot. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a snack street right outside the hotel and it is not far from the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable and satisfactory.

The room is not big but very cozy, with plenty of sunshine. The elderly are very satisfied with the stay. However, the corridor turns left and right and you get lost as soon as you go out. However, it is good to be able to drive in this prime location. The parking space downstairs is very tight. You can only get a spot by arriving during the day. Moreover, there is traffic control on Hotan 2nd Street from 12:00 to 24:00. The entrance to the parking lot is different. I was a little dizzy and had to go around several times before entering.

There are many interesting places in Urumqi. The location of this hotel is very convenient. Next to the door is the famous snack street, yogurt, barbecue, baked buns, and so many delicious foods to try. The service attitude of the hotel is also very good, recommended.
