It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. Room was big and clean. Beds were big and comfortable. All facilities quite new. Only problem was the door of bathroom and toilet: not giving enough privacy (semi-transparent). Additionally bathroom's door was not well fixed and shower's water was leaking out into the room.
