The hotel rooms was very neat and clean. Had all the required amenities in room. Breakfast options and dinner buffet options was good. Location of the hotel was easily accessible

Front office team not at all cooperative. I requested through make my trip team for adding complementary chargeable amount breakfast for next day and dinner on arrival day. I was not sure to reach by 9 pm. I was expecting to reach midnight. I requested them to consider mm t paid coupon and connected them to mm t team but they did not considered.

The stay was good and i found this property on make my trip. The breakfast was delicious and hospitality of this hotel was good and specially staff behaviour was good and supportive and it’s my pleasure that i stay in hotel royal orchid centre.

It was again a great experience. This is my second time in this hotel and its a again a great hotel for me in vadodara. Polite and helpful staff. Great food, breakfast had a large spread. Most importantly they have smoking rooms available and that is why this hotel is always my first choice hotel in vadodara. They are not like all that ecotel hotels which make there hotels totally smoke free which i think is totally pathetic.
