Cordialidad en personal, habitación cómoda limpia con fallas en manutención en baño ( cielo ducha despintado y persiana muro vidriado que no permitía total privacidad). Dificultad para encontrar mesa para el desayuno y falta priorizar a huéspedes para acceder a sus restaurantes. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Un hotel increíble, todo impecable, la vista desde la habitación es unica, las instalaciones como el gym, la piscina y el spa son increíbles, y el desayuno tenia de todo, una variedad inmensa y calidad 10/10, sin dudas cada vez que vuelva a Valdivia me hospedare en este hotel.

Para descansar en vacaciones, decidimos hacer una parada en Valdivia y nos hospedarnos en hotel Dreams y fue una buen experiencia. La relacion costos v/s beneficios es muy buena, La ubicación es exelente. La habitación , la cama , almohadas y el baño muy buenas, toda una experiencia, definitivamente volvemos.

El lugar es muy confortable y la atención es excelente. La pileta es hermosa, con hermosas vistas. El gimnasio está muy bien equipado. El desayuno es muy completo. La carta del comedor es un poco complicada para leer, pero está completa, aunque para mi gusto faltan ensaladas y platos sencillos.

Espectacular ! La vista de los balcones de la habitación inolvidable. La piscina temporada grande y con la temperatura adecuada . El desayuno es en el último piso en el Sky Bar donde se puede disfrutar de Valdivia en su esplendor. El buffet del desayuno muy bueno podrían mejorar la pastelería dulce pero igual muy bueno. El restaurant de sushi Gohan muy bueno con los precios adecuados. Las habitaciones modernas y las almohadas muy cómodas . La atención excelente . 100% recomendado. Vuelvo de todas maneras!!!
