All very well

I booked and canceled within an hour and they took €180 for two nights from me. I think it's extremely dishonest and theft so I strongly advise against this B&B!!! I asked for a refund and they wouldn't hear of it. Canceling in an hour and having €180 taken away is dishonest!!!!

Small rural-looking hotel, with stone walls in the room and antique furniture. The room is very large, it even has a section with armchairs, a small table and a refrigerator that works very well with bottles of water courtesy of the house. The furniture is old (rural). It has an air conditioning console that works very well, and a window that faces the outside. It is not soundproofed, you can easily hear the other guests. The beds are comfortable, the sheets were clean and they put fresh towels every day. It does not have a closet, it has two open closets like the ones seen in the photos. The bathroom was clean, with a shower stand and bidet. As for the equipment, there are no amenities as such, there is hand soap, an air freshener and a wall dispenser with a gel/shampoo. Nothing else in the bathroom equipment (no hairdryer). Water pressure good and no problems with hot water. The toilet has a window (all interior). It does not include breakfast. There is a coffee machine in the reception that I can't comment on because we didn't use it. We don't use the exterior ones. It has a large terrace with chairs and tables, a bar with a free water machine and an area with exercise machines. There is a climbing plant on the wall where some wasps gather in the afternoons. It has 5 parking spaces on the premises that are free. In any case, it is on a street with plenty of parking, we had no problem parking at any time of the 5 days. There is no physical reception, everything is managed by WhatsApp. They only provide one key a priori even if there are several guests (I don't know if more keys could be requested because we didn't need them). Very friendly staff. The place is quiet, you can wander the streets at night without feeling insecure. It has a metro stop 3 minutes walk away. From there in about 10 minutes you can reach the center of Valencia by Metro. Overall good, a modest hotel with the basics and well located if you are going to the Fair.

Location vicino la fiera, e collegato dai mezzi pubblici. I proprietari sono assenti ed è tutto automatizzato, ma le camere vengono comunque pulite con regolarità. Unica pecca non c’è possibilità di fare colazione. stanze grandi e bagno comodo. Pulizia perfetta

Relacion calidad precio horrible. Habitacion con humedad, oscura, con cables colgando por las paredes y techos cn humedades. Presion del agua del baño minima con dificultad para conseguir agua caliente. Habitacion cerca de recepción con muy mal aislamiento e imposibilidad para descansar. Salvo la atención de la chica que ha sido amable, NO RECOMENDABLE y muy decepcionante

Trato agradable, habitación limpia y con detalles como geles y cepillo de dientes. Neverita en la habitación con dos botellines de agua. Parking propio cerrado. La televisión tenía Netflix abierto y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. Como recomendación llevaros secador del pelo porque no disponían de él. Para repetir, habitación rustica con detalles en piedra y jardín con barbacoa y máquinas de gimnasio.

El sitio es peculiar… Entras a un patio lleno de máquinas de gimnasio (supongo que el propietario tuvo uno y al cerrarlo las dejó ahí) si eres vigoréxico, es tu sitio. Aparcamiento la ley del mas rápido, si pillas sitio bien si no búscate la vida fuera donde encontrar sitio es como buscar las bolas de dragón. No nos dieron la habitación que queríamos y nos pusieron en otra por el mismo precio que no tenía nada que ver. Una nevera en el suelo, cables colgando, ya no por estética si no por seguridad creo que eso no debería estar así. También por el precio que se paga creo que te deberían hacer la cama y cambiar las toallas. Había cosas para desayunar donde se podían encontrar magdalenas duras y secas y batidos caducados. El extractor del baño hacía un ruido horrible, quitando estos detalle pues bueno, las chicas fueron muy amables pero evidentemente no todo es amabilidad y si lo vas a pagar, qué menos que tener ciertas cosas básicas.

Nada tiene que ver con lo que se muestra en las imágenes.Cuando llegamos la puerta del parking ni si quiera funcionaba, nos dieron una habitación que parecía de todo menos una habitación, era oscura llena de humedad por las paredes y el techo, pintada de 300 colores y el baño lleno de moho por las paredes y la ducha, lógicamente el olor a humedad era notable pero a parte las sabanas de la cama tenían un olor a "perfumes" nada agradables. Al usar el jacuzzi el suelo de la habitación cogió tanta humedad que estaba completamente mojado y no porque se saliera el agua precisamente, así se pego todo el día... Lo de la insonorización de las habitaciones inexistente. Se escucha todo, hasta cuando levantan la tapa del WC las habitaciones de al lado. El precio que pagamos no merece ni la mitad de la habitación. Nunca volveré. Fue vergonzoso.
