The furniture in the hotel room, the bathroom is really old. Always feel that the service staff is not professional enough, as a 5 star hotel should be well trained. Because during the epidemic, the swimming pool has to be reserved, the swimming pool reception is a bit rude. Unsuitable guests come to swim, sometimes because the number of people is full, even in-house guests can not use the swimming pool. I feel that the hotel is not very suitable for this arrangement. There is also a little bit of update in the hotel, such as changing carpets, brushing the wall near the hotel elevator, if construction, some rooms should be closed and not booked, but the hotel does not seem to have a plan at all, the whole corridor is gray, arrange the guests to take the freight ladder. It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but rather, sort-of, well, royal. The in-room breakfast was delicious and overabundant. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring my own pillow, because I wasn't completely comfortable with the bed pillow shape/firmness. The bed itself was very comfortable. Whole-heartedly recommend.

This is a fantastic hotel for a long weekend break. Very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms and ideally situated for the old town. The spa was great, too. Highly recommended. The staff were very good at recommending other places to visit, not least an Irish pub round the corner when we wanted to watch the Euro 22 final. All in all, this is a place with a very good vibe. The prices are reasonable for a hotel of this quality.

The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

My adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.

I spent 4 nights in this hotel and upon check in I was upgraded from single to double room. It was very nice surprice for me. The rrom was clean, very spacious and I liked the modern and simple style very much. And the matrace is great! Hard enough. I do not like the soft matraces. Very close to both, the city as well as the beach. Just few minutes by public transportation. A big thanks to hotel receptionist Sara, who was very attentive, friendly and always ready to help in case of questions. Her english was very good. I liked it there. Dominika

This is a gem of a hotel providing excellent service in a modern environment and exceptional value for money. The hotel is a neat idea being built into an old building but providing new, clean rooms - clever design and great re-purposing of the building. Taxi cost around €25 from the airport. Rooms were clean with a very comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was better than I expected - it was well presented and had good choice. One of our party requires gluten free but she had no problem finding something suitable each day. The staff even went out of their way to find black tea bags to satisfy English tastes! The staff are great - all young providing a friendly, polite and professional service. The location is fantastic - only 15 mins walk from the cathedral, Turia garden is across the road and metro station (line 4) is 5 mins away which takes you directly to the beach. We walked everywhere (except to the beach) including to the City of Art and Science (easy to find by walking through Turia garden and following it round. For football fans Mestalla stadium is about 25 mins walk away. Overall it’s a great hotel for those wanting somewhere close to the city that require a comfortable bed, excellent shower and simple but excellent breakfast.
