Bed was comfortable. Furniture was new and clean...same for the bathroom. The room was hot. The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Located in the same street as the Valladolid Exhibition Fair, with a city bus stop in front. Desk, shoe furniture and minibar in the room. Great bathroom with bathtub, bide, dryer. Ideal for short stays. nice reception staff. Modern hotel style, with bar and restaurant in lower floors. Exquisite cleaning. The only thing that is to be hit is the noise from the street on Saturday night when it is near a leisure area.

Easy to find. Good for people who needs to go in and out of the city quickly. Quiet zone. Just some minutes walking to the city center. Everything was good but the gym, so small and full. Two persons is to much for that room.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything from a dishwasher to automatic washing machine. Beds are really comfortable, with firm mattresses . the receptionist was a delight, providing useful information for sightseeing. Bear in mind that the Washington has no hotel-like facilities such as bar etc. . On the plus side, you can park for free in the street and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including supermarket and good public transportation. The apartment/suite is very modern. On balance, a good base of operations if you’re sightseeing.

I selected this hotel through Bonvoy app as I was driving from Lisbon to Munich. I had somehow low expectations however it turned out to be a very good stay. I liked the style of the hotel. The room was on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, the room was overall very clean and quiet. I was so tired and I had a good sleep. My only minor complaint is that the restaurant opening hours were quite late and there was nothing to eat around 18:00 other than room service. After waiting a while I was offered a burger from the room service menu, which was by the way very good. However I would prefer to have a decent meal at the restaurant if it was open earlier. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is in service. A very big stick ...NEREIDA. It is a receptionist/server of the hotel. We stayed two nights since q we had communion. We talked last night about hiring two taxis but we didn't confirm it.They misunderstood the instruction and hired the two taxis. Stayed overnight while touring Spain & Portugal by motorcycle. I'm English, deaf as a post and don't speak Spanish. This hotel has all the things I want when I'm traveling, a decent sized room with good en suite facilities, a quiet and peaceful garden to unwind in, and excellent food. The whole place just feels comfortable, but best of all it has really nice, friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Loved it here.
