Very welcoming staff, bedroom was clean and sofa bed was prepared for my son to sleep in. Good location with easy access by car and parking was available.

We had good expectations of this hotel but unfortunetly the situation started with Trip.com not giving them the information that we were traveling with a child so there was no bed prepared, the other staff entered the room to place the things for the dogs that were not prepared while my husband was on the bathroom without waiting for him to open the door.
The bed for our son was done after a few requests and by the nice lady from the reception.
We entered and we saw a dusty and dirty room, starting from the tub with hairs ending in the shower smelling moldy, I had to clean it myself because after a 10h drive the only thing we wanted to do was shower and sleep.
Only good things that are good is the staff from the reception that tried their best and the staff from the restaurante, the breakfast was also good.

Terrible!!! My reservation says bed plus sofa bed, and nothing long and long at reception to leave us 3 people in a single bed... The room cards were blocked!!!
