Das Hotel überrascht einen mit einem großzügigen Innenhof mit Restaurant, Bar und Pool, sobald man durch die Tür kommt. Freundliches, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, immer bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm als möglich zu gestalten. Restaurant und Frühstück waren qualitativ sehr gut und nur mit frischen Zutaten. Zum Frühstück kann man aus einer kleinen Karte wählen. Die Bar ist sehr umfangreich mit Mezquals und Tequilas bestückt, die angeboten Cocktails sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren im ersten Stock untergebracht. Wenn man mal das Gepäck oben hat, ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen können.

Reception was very unfriendly. When I first entered the hotel, the receptionist wouldn’t acknowledge me. I felt hated the moment I stepped in. The other member of staff were friendly, the food was good. The towels are falling apart. There was barely any internet. The pool can barely cover the ankles. I couldn’t sleep well, as there were dogs barking the whole night. It woke me up at 3am. As we were leaving. My partner who has a disability in his leg, was struggling to open the door after we checked out. I asked the receptionist to help us open the door, he ignored us and laughed at us while talking to another member of staff. Who told him they are talking to you. He never looked at us. He did this after I tipped him.

La estadía fue horrible en Hotel Lee Much, en la habitación casi cabían solo las maletas en vez de nosotros... Ninguna noche pudimos descansar porque el Hotel no es para nada grande y espacioso como engañan en sus fotos, todo está encimado y si te toca la desfortuna de que tus habitaciones queden cerca de la cocina no podrás dormir bien porque el personal llega muy temprano y se va tarde con todo el ruido que implica. El servicio es muy deplorable desde que te reciben con una muy mala gana y no dan la información completa.. además te harán caminar hasta el estacionamiento y mojarte como nosotros con la lluvia porque nadie tuvo la delicadeza de avisar que una puerta de acceso la cierran a las 6pm.. y ni siquiera timbre hay.. En el desayuno casualmente nunca hay algo de lo que pidas no importa la hora y cada día cambian las reglas dependiendo quien te atienda... Ellos saben del fraude que hacen por eso te amarran a pagar antes... porque una vez en Valladolid uno se da cuenta que hay mucho mejores hoteles en toda la extensión de la palabra y realmente cerca del centro.. no como este que está mas bien a la entrada de la ciudad... La limpieza pésima.. había polvo durante la estadía y sus toallas pareciera que solo las ponen a secar y no las lavan.. están percudidas y manchadas de óxido... y los baños con hongos.. aquí las fotos del real tamaño de la habitación.. que no los engañen..

Las habitaciones en Le Muuch son una broma. Te sentirás durmiendo en una caja de zapatos... los precios son ridículos frente al servicio ofrecido…Primero, los hoteles de la ciudad tienen habitaciones tres veces más grandes, que cobran un 200 % menos vs Le Muuch! Ahora me hace todo el sentido que sus empleados no sean amigables porque se ve que a la dueña solo le interesa verle la cara a extranjeros y nacionales hospedándolos en un cuarto de cápsula con precios de resort. Fotos truqueadas para que no te des cuenta de la estafa que va a ser. De risa que llegues y no te ofrezca. Ni ayuda para abrir la puerta cuando vienes con tu maleta… en fin no caigan en estafa aún cuando tengan sus promociones… así cobrarán 1000 pesos mexicanos, será una basura quedarse ahí como nosotros. El estacionamiento está en otra calle.. otros Hoteles del lugar tienen muchísimo y no tienes que caminar jaja otra cosa ridicula. Hemos estado en Hoteles de NY, en Hoteles gran tourismo y Boutique y este Hotel es una porquería. Ellos pueden pagar por calificaciones buenas… pero la realidad será horrible si la decides vivir.m; yo caí, ojalá tú no!

Beautiful hotel in a very good location to enjoy central Valladolid. We used it as a base to get an early start to Chichen Itza & it was ideal, if not a little more expensive than some local hotels. Maybe this was because we booked a deluxe room. The room had a very small balcony overlooking the bar area so could be noisy on a night & in the morning. It was a good size but we felt the bathroom was small & we didn’t have enough hangers for clothes. It was also very dark. Service was excellent although they had a strange policy regarding taking out towels for the cenotes & we had to leave a driving licence as ‘security’. Breakfast was lovely, again with good service which also extended to the bar. We didn’t really use the pool although did sun bathe a little in between trips & a heavy rain storm. External areas are beautiful. Overall I guess we were satisfied with our choice of hotel in Valladolid. .

It was impossible to sleep later than 7 am staying on the first floor because people had breakfast 5 feet away starting at that time and the staff were cleaning the outdoor dining area then too. The hotel should not provide the first floors rooms to any guest.
The property is very narrow and the home next door has a pack of dogs that barked starting at 5 am. I understand this is outside the hotel’s control, but they could do more to soundproof the room.
The closets were unusable because they were comically narrow. They didn’t provide a rod to hang things on because hangers wouldn’t fit.
The staff were friendly and I appreciate that.
I expected more based on the hotel’s nightly rate. Very disappointed.

Great hotel, very clean and welcoming. The only down side was that the house just beside the hotel has at least 10 dogs barking for hours... Sounded like they were in our room.
Beside that detail, we really enjoyed our stay and would go again.
