Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel est accueillants et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est excellente. Le ménage est fait correctement. Nourriture variée, dommage que les plats ne soient pas très chaud. Mais à recommander sans hésitation

The staff at this hotel were all lovely and generally inclusive of many languages! The cleaning staff, food hall staff, entertainment staff etc. were all very nice and helpful! Overall had a great experience and the hotel is located nearby a lot of the local places in puerto de la cruz that you might want to visit!

Todo a estado muy bien, hemos estado en una habitación normal, cómodos , todo estaba muy limpio. El equipo de recepción muy bien, en especial Julio, es el alma del hotel y Ana camarera de comedor, gracias por la recomendación del queso!!!!.No nos ha gustado nada la comida. Teníamos media pensión, solo utilizamos el desayuno, la cena un par de noches. La comida con muy poca variedad, el desayuno repetitivo , escasez en las frutas, fiambre igual de día que de noche… en fin no nos ha gustado nada, si tuviéramos que volver al hotel no contrataríamos nada.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel and room was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Pool is very clean and easy access to bar. We had a superior sea room view. The view was amazing and I would definitely recommend this type of room. We also got upgraded to a junior suite for free when we arrived. Overall a wonderful time in Tenerife.

Room was great. Towels were always replaced every day and sheets were replaced and smelled good. Didn't use the TV so I can't comment. Breakfast and Dinner were varied, always different themes so there was always something else to try. The pool was great, not too deep and still warm enough in November. Staff were kind and were always there to help. I can recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
