No on site restaurant for evening meal, despite advertised as such. No Bar. No on-site secure parking, despite advertising same; only available on side streets.

todo muy bien , recepción atentos y educados , desayuno bueno , cena en restaurante internacional bueno . cerca del hotel , spa bueno , habitación buena , un detalle muy bueno es que en la planta primera tiene un frigorífico grande con bebidas de todoas las clases a un precio especial de 1 € . cada una .genial la idea .

Unhelpful reception staff, unwilling to actually provide a Spa service without prior notice. It's supposed to be a Spa Hotel and yet we were given misleading information deliberately preventing us from using the facilities. Very poor breakfast, literally bought from the supermarket down the road. They didn't provide items as promised on their website, free water, Turkish bath etc and generally were dismissive of us. You couldn't pay me to go back.

All staff very friendly. Room very good, they asked us to choose one with a terrace because we traveled with 2 Jack Russell dogs. The Spa for couples is very pleasant. And they advised us to go for lunch and dinner at the International Restaurant, which is incredibly good and at a very good price!
