Hotel Grandeur

In morning tea couple of ants found in extra sugar. Provided room in front of renovation work running. Many street dogs are sleeping in front of hotel entrance. Staff behaviour is also rude. Overall not preferable for stay.

Food service poor. Primary requirements were not available like tooth paste and saving kit. -

Hotel cleanness, atmosphere, staff behaviour, foods etc all are excellent

Property was near the railway station in a building. My stay was very short and the food was okay with some limited choice. Service was good & staff was polite.

The ac was not working properly. As it was summer we didn't feel comfortable at all. For extra bed the bedsheet had stain on it. It was not washed properly. Other than that the staff was cooperative and good in nature. Location of hotel was not that great. It was in very interior of some other building.

We had only coffee from hotel as well restaurant was closed in the evening. But still it was good. Overall room was good and hygienic. It was raining and for sometime power went off early morning and it took some time to have the power backup. Till that time as there was no proper ventilation we were feeling hot and suffocating.

Rooms were good, food was average service not satisfied
