I called reception and the room was full of smoke. Answer: we don't have a room.

Sizlerin bu geri dönüşü yapmamı istemenize istinaden yazmaktayım ; Neredeyse ayda bir kez konaklamakta olduğumuz bir otel. Otel konumu itibari ile tam şehir merkezinde her yere ulaşımı ***et rahat. Hizmet kalitesi beş yıldızlı bir otele göre değil bunların başında kahvaltı ve oda temizliği gelmekte bunlar düzeltilirse değil van bence Doğu Anadolu 'nun en güzel oteli burası. Personellerine gelecek olursak ilkgirişte Yunus Bey'in misafirperver yaklaşımı takdire şayan. Genel olarak personelleriniz çok dost canlısı Sağlık center da bulunan arkadaşlar, oda servisi Hüseyin bey , konaklamaya devam edeceğim bir otel. Teşekkürler

Otelin güzeliklerinden başlamadan evvel bu otelde konaklama yapmak isteyen herkese küçük bir tavsiyem var. Bunu bizzat otel personeli Yunus Beyden almış bulunuyorum . Rezervasyon oluştururken otelin kendi sayfasından üyelik oluşturularak yapılırsa tüm sitelerden daha indirimi oluyor. Artık öyle yapacağız. Otel ***et güzel sessiz sakın idi. Tüm personeller yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yaptı. Hatta otelde ilk kez konaklayacak kişilere Yunus Bey Van Gölü manzaralı oda veriyor. Bu çok güzel bir uygulama. Tekrar seneye bu otele geleceğiz.
