This is the second time at the hotel, the food is good, the bar is not bad, there was no toilet seat in the room, before lunch the water in the shower was cool, a good level for an inexpensive hotel

En las casas que estan en los vecindarios , deberian tener mejor control con la griteria y la bulla despues de las 12:00 am. es una falta de respeto y consideracion con los vecinos que viven alrededor... Y lo peor de todo es que aunque le den las quejas a la direccion del hotel, nadie hace nada..no me explico como hacen turismo con tanta desconsideracion con los residentes locales..!!

Los Delfines is a smaller hotel perfectly located in the middle of the Varadero ***** & right on the beach. Yes the hotel is older, but it’s clean, beach is fantastic, staff are friendly and food is typical Cuban food. You definitely can’t go hungry !! The best thing about this hotel is the staff….an amazing group who try their best to make your vacation memorable. This was our 4th time at Los Delfines & will return again in December 2025.

Не знаю, чем этот отель заслужил свою дурную славу, нам, в целом, понравилось. Красиво, уютно, душевно, отличное расположение. Пляж - защищен от ветра двумя корпусами отеля, что очень ценно в зимний период. Есть зонты, лежаки и шезлонги. Пляжные полотенца выдают и меняют с 10.00 до 17.00. Душ и бары в шаговой доступности. Интернет - платный (менее 10 руб./час), работает хорошо, даже на пляже Номера в главном корпусе - обычные для 3х звезд. Везде балконы, кондиционеры, мини-холодильники, частично видно море. Температура воды в кранах - до 50 градусов. В ванной есть кусковое мыло. Для розеток переходники не нужны. Многое требует ремонта, т к здание очень старое. Питание - простое и своеобразное, но всегда было что-то без фасоли и риса. Дополнительно к шведской линии на завтрак жарят яйца, а на обед и ужин - пасту и свежую рыбу или мясо. Напитки. Один бар круглосуточный и дневные (в каждом корпусе). Кофе - не очень, чая нет, кипяток есть, алкоголь никто не ругал. Наливают в маленькие пластиковые стаканчики или в свои термокружки. Много ступенек, но нет лифтов - отель не для маломобильных Комары и кусающие мошки есть - не забывайте средства защиты

In spite of some of the reviews I saw online, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodations, and NOT surprised by how friendly the staff is. (I have always found Cubans to be extremely friendly and helpful!) The food is… Cuban. It is foolish to expect “American“ food in a country that has so little. But there was lots of it and it was very tasty! As a professional horticulturist, I was impressed by the gardens as well although I get that might not be as special to everyone else lol. The beach is SPECTACULAR! I haven’t been snorkeling here yet, but I hope to soon! Full disclosure, it is an old building, with imperfections, most I expect from recent storms. Still, it’s in very good shape and everything works (air-conditioning, water, power. As someone who’s interested in wildlife, there seems to be a fair bit around and I hope to explore the local ecological reserve soon.

Бомжацкий отель. В номере не работает фен, не работает часть ламп, в душе почти холодная вода. Отдыхаю три дня и уже в шоке от этого хостела. Потому что это не отель, тут даже одну заезду не дашь. В столовой при отеле вообще антисанитария. Лучше туда вообще не ходить, мало того, что абсолютно все несъедобное, так еще тараканы бегают по столам, в моем омлете был волос. Никогда ни в одной стране мира такого не видела. Просто помойка. На ресепшен естественно ничем не помогают, при этом нужно знать или испанский или английский, правда все равно вам это ничего не даст. Персонал абсолютно неприветливый, злые тетки на ресепшн, которые только обещают помочь, в итоге ты со своими проблемами так и остаёшься. При этом на ресепшен требуют деньги за интернет, не дают пользоваться вай-фай бесплатно. Все клянчат деньги. Попрошайки. Это дно, а не отель.

Exelente lugar con un personal genial el cual siempre está dispuesto a qué la estancia se memorable con múltiples servicios masaje en la playa bicicleta acústica botes con remo 🛶 entre otros una bar con vista al mar 🌊 en cuanto a las habitaciones está vez me tocó una con estilo colonial adorable
