The place location given is different. It was a comfortable stay, but during rain, water was coming from the window, and the remote of the a/c was useless. When i was checking out he said please pay now, i asked which payment it was, he said in a very rude manner that i will tell you which payment it was and then he saw that it had been done, then he let us go without any apology. As long as the customer is staying at your place, talk to him nicely and when the time has passed, talking to the customer so rudely is not the right way. You should have some etiquette towards a person who is staying at your place. I do not have any personal enmity, but after honestly staying there, i am forced to give this review. The way he was behaved and one more thing, at the time of checkout, the person who is staying there knows when to check out, so have a little liberty as he or she is not staying there for lifelong. I know this is your rule, but have some mercy towards your customer. Also, the place needs to be cleaned as the bed sheets were dirty, the curtains also were dirty.
