The hotel needs an overhaul. The breakfast was not great. The rooms are dark, with one opening window that overlooks hot looks like a forgotten building site. Everything worked, kinda. The internet was slow, the was a big rip in our bed sheets and things just did not seem very clean. I was unwell and needed more toilet paper, so I rang housekeeping and they arrived with tea bags. I was very happy to leave.

My mother and travelled in Diwali week. I must say the service and the care they got there was awesome. Rooms were good , food was quality and service and behaviour was excellent. They even arranged a cake for my father’s birthday on my request. A special note of thanks for Mr. Rahul Mishra the F&B manager making their memorable.

Dealing with the ground staff was a horrifying experience. I had an 82 year old dad with me and the way the behaves left us feeling humiliated.

1.rooms shown while booking and actually offered were not same. 2. room service was not upto mark. ask for anything, you have to call at least thrice to get thrice.
3. there was no discount on food bills. while booking it was shown 25% discount will be there on meals.

We are in room 315 it is suite room and service is very bad here. First of all there some bad smell in room it is about some pest control done in room. Second the sheets and comforter are very dirty. Bath towels are very old. Furniture is very old and not clean . The tapestry of chairs is very dirty. Over all experience is bad.
