Hotel le Lotus Grand Varanasi

Nice place to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi, hotel is clean and all necessary amenities provide an excellent place to take a rest from the city that is pretty crazy. It is about four kilometers from the river Ganges. Breakfast is fine but not very extended, meals for dinner were good price wise. The only issue we had was the way too loud noise of the air ventilation in the shower that took a lot of drama before it was turned off, a request that I had to repeat three out of four nights. Overall I would recommend this place though, it's professional and decent and an oasis compared to what you'll encounter once you get onto the streets.

I booked this hotel after a lot of searches for an average costing good hotel in varanasi.Except for some changes which r required this was ok.Location good.Inside the city but outside the extremely congested area around the temple.Accessible easily by any vehicle with ur luggage and on the route from airport to city unlike places near the temple where cabs cannot ply.Room was decent.The curtains and capets need some cleaning but otherwise room size, bed size,towels accessories tv, ac all fine..we stayed 2 nights on 24/10 and 25/10/24 in room 3105 3rd floor and it was peaceful.I just request housekeeping to change bed sheets and covers diligently before next guest steps in.The best part is the extremely good response and courteous behaviour by all the staff.Room service was good.We being vegetarians had an issue since they have a multicuisine restaurant but were told they have separate kichens.Food was average.Not bad.In our bathroom soap tray was missing and we informed it to the front office.Also a bucket mug and tap would be welcome since not all Indians may be comfortable with hand shower.On the whole value for money and more positives than negatives

Nice celebration big rooms. Excellent food. Courteous staff. Nice restaurant. Fast service. Centrally located. What more can one ask?

Service ia not good. Employee are not cooperative. We used to stay at this hotel but will try to stay at another hotel from my next trip.

It z good for paid amount. Nice stay. Tasty food. Staff are very friendly. Ambience is nice. Propt service. Break past also tasty. I have checked the fire fight sydtem it is in very safe zone. Particularly it z having 2 lifts so always available to use. There is no rush for lifts

Okay okay stay with poor quality of hotel room. Hotel looked very old and beds were uncomfortable and there was no hot water provision

The staff was extremely unprofessional and the rooms were not up to the mark. The curtains were stained, on asking they did change the room but the other room wasn't good either. Apart from that getting anything done from the house keeping staff was a task in itself. Extremely rude staff.
