Excellent service and Front office staff. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms.excellent breakfast. …….. Accessible to various places and 20 min to temple kasi Mandir. Shivam, Abhijeet, Anirudh and Namratha at front desk are very helpful and accomadative.

The property has hygiene issues. There was no water in the bathroom when we checked in. The staff did not respond to room requests. No one answered the calls. Very late room service. Charged heavily. Zero value for money.

Hello we booked this hotel with family for 1 night on arrival front desk upgraded our room which was quite big around 700sqrft room with city view castillo it's location is great sigra in heart of varanasi hospitality service right from front desk to room service was promt food at morning buffet was good
cheff prepare food as per your taste will definitely visit again kfc outlet is inside the hotel keep the good hospitality going" castillo "

Rooms are clean, staff is good. They can give kinley or bisleri mineral water instead of filled glass bottles with water.

The overall Experience is good. The rooms were clean and we experienced good service. Recommended for a family stay. Breakfast was good and decent spread. Catering to children as well. Ambience of hotel is good and location is close to the temple and on main road

Best service, excellent location and great property to be at when in Varanasi. Thanks to Namrata for her very helpful interactions and hospitality.Food was also very good and the restaurants were very neatly maintained. I would come back here again.
