Honestly this is okay for a 3 star hotel. We checked in after a long travel and went to the room. The keycard wasn’t working so we had to call a person every time to unlock the door for us. We went into the room which was nice but it 3 poeple but only one bed so we had to get an extra bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and it caused back pain. Other wise the room and breakfast and dinner spread was pretty good.

The room is amazing with the comfortable bed and good smelling soaps while the breakfast spread is equally amazing with the Indian and American variety. Room service was amazing because we had 3 people in one room with one bed and there was not enough space so we told and they helped us get an extra cot. Truly an amazing experience

Pessimo hotel, in Varanasi si puo’ trovare di meglio. Primo aspetto la pulizia precaria della stanza: dietro nostra richiesta hanno cambiato le lenzuola perché sporche, sembravano usate!! Secondo aspetto la colazione: la prima colazione ci e’ stata servita in un sottopiano sporco e maleodorante, pochissima scelta. Il secondo giorno colazione servita nella sala ristorante (per fortuna) con servizio a la carte. Terzo aspetto (ma non per importanza): poca disponibilità e gentilezza alla reception. Un late check out gestito da loro in maniera approssimativa e costosissimo per gli standard indiani. Non lo consiglio assolutamente, si trova tranquillamente di meglio

The system of operation is very bad and unprofessional. Room service is not upto the mark. There is no proper common area to meet guests as they don't allow any guest in the roo. Male or femal. Food quality is also not good. And i don't find any reason to promote this type of hotels for professionals. Who have business visitors
