I had booked a suit room, but unfortunately the rooms are in such a bad shape. The bed sheets were dirty, the bathroom knobs were not working, no hot water. The walls were damp and smelling the bathroom floor was dirty. There is no reason why should it even be called a hotel

The hotel was courteous bit also didn't help with room change request. Also they should upload room pictures properly for guests to exactly room sizes. It was too small

Receptionists are not so cooperative, problems are in bathroom taps etc, not recommended unless urgent booking.

The location is great. Right in the middle of gadowlia. This is not the place to stay if you want a serene atmosphere and silence. It is very close to all the temples and famous eating spots. Best of all the staff are very friendly and nice. Tripathi ji is very resourceful and warm. I have stayed here three times that I have visited Varanasi.

My stay with my husband (29th Aug -3rd September 2024) was very comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily, the food in the hotel restaurant was very good, the breakfast was appropriate and the hotel staff was courteous and polite. Overall, the hotel was clean. The general manager Mr. Akhilesh Tripathi was most helpful and caring. The hotel also provided us taxi service for sight-seeing, airport pick up and drop off. Above all, the location is excellent. Kashi Vishwanath Mandir and Dashashwamedh Ghat are walking distance. Restaurants and markets are nearby. Autos were available from early morning. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Bulbul Sur

Services - 4 nights stay. Not a single day toilet is got cleaned. There was no specific drivers room where just beside hotels are. There is no parking ! nor any alternate comforts from the hotel side.
