Hotel staff were polite and good in behaviour. Food is also fine. Rooms are small but fine to stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. The room was much smaller than expected, and it felt cramped and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the room, which was really off-putting. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I don't think I'll be returning. There are definitely better options out there for the price.

Pathetic management. You have to literally plead for any service even like water. They will not accommodate even 1 hour delay in checkout. Rooms are like bunkers. No hot water. Ac is switched off as soon as you are out. Just a waste of money. Not a value for money.

The bed sheet and towel given all 5 days were stinking. Also rooms were not cleaned 3 days of our 5 days. Room service poor.

The rooms were not upto the mark, in pictures rooms look big but in real they are very small, the food quality was worse. I would personally recommend to not to eat the breakfast or any other meal even they did not care about the hygiene also. Terrible experience!

Very small size claustorphobic room. It is basically guest house. Its Away from ghats. Breakfast is just aloo paratha chai delievered to room. That too they procure from nearby restaurants. No buffet no sabji included. Its only plus is its located right outside varanasi station. They didnt even provide toiliteries. No towel nothing. They will provide complimentary water when asked.
