Room was a big surprise it was basically an apartment with washer and dryer. the check in is confusing and difficult as well as parking, It would be much better with instructions when booking

Great location and service. Purpose of our trip was to relax and have some good Chinese food. Hotel is right on Highway 7, walking distance to several malls with many restaurants. Short driving to more restaurants and shopping. Best Western is connected to Sheraton and we had to check in at the Sheraton desk. Tiffany was awesome. Her sunshine smile made us feel very welcome. Check-in was quick and she’s attentive to our questions. We’re happy that we asked her about nearby restaurants because those she recommended were all good. Staff at the gym were friendly and helpful too. Our room has 2 queen size beds and pretty roomy. We like the white sheets so we can tell they’re very clean. The only not as good experience is about the parking lot. The Leslie Street exit near Tim Hortons is a dangerous spot for pedestrians. Cars merge from 3 directions to exit + cars pulling into the lot. We had to dodge cars a few times. A couple STOP signs to direct traffic within the lot may help.

The front desk staff was not familiar with what he’s doing and needed help from the other lady, She came to help with checking in but was so rude…the whole process took literally 20 mins , because when the told me to insert the credit card, the machine beeped and quit. She first said “you don’t use debit!” I told her this is a credit card, then she said “you should insert instead of tap! Insert!” The I said “I did insert!” She rolled her eyes and replied “it says ‘bad tap’ because you tapped!” I was like ***!? I didn’t say anything because I had my kids with me! After another 5 mins waiting, I didn’t even say anything. she rolled her eyes on me and said “ just wait , ok?” I guess this is the last time I’m staying at this hotel.

This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

Location definitely excellent. Close to hwy and to restaurants. Service is excellent. Expect better facilities i.e. swimming pool and hot tub.

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. We booked this hotel for an overnight stay before flying across to LA . On arrival , the lobby seemed a little dingy , however , we were warmly welcomed, and although our room wasn’t ready ( as we were early ) we were offered a place to sit , our luggage to be stored , and a cup of coffee so all was good ! When we got access to our room , we were pleasantly surprised , it was spacious , spotlessly clean , comfy beds , a nice bathroom , everything you need for an overnight stay . We went into the bar / pub in the hotel , have to say the bar tender was AMAZING ,he had a knack of keeping everyone happy , he engaged , cleaned tables , took food orders , delivered said food orders , cleared away , and no one sat with an empty glass ! He really was an excellent bar tender , I would happily employ him ! ! Food and wine standard were excellent also ! Free airport shuttle , so , all in all , I’d say this is an excellent choice for a night before or after a flight , give it a try !

This hotel is really good. Recommended recommended. Stayed one night, and it was good later. Noisy, but um, there is a sound of turning on the air conditioner, so the sound of the car outside is also offset, anyway, there is no one driving the horn outside here.
