Very disappointing. Paid over R8000 for 2 nights. No one came to help with luggage upon arrival and departure. Reception staff extremely unfriendly and the manager...older afrikaner man should work in an office. He's clearly not a people's person. We ordered 2 small pizzas for 2 young kids and it took almost 45minutes. When I questioned the staff about it, an extremely unpleasant and rude manager came around and said "waif, it's busy." Absolutely disgusting.

Bad experience. Should fire the chef. Had a lamb curry. Little meat, mostly meatless bones. The meat that was there were very tough and difficult to eat. Double paid, because of admin problems. Bed light duvet despite bitter cold weather. Pillow hard and old. My waitress Lucinda was excellent.

Was referred by a friend and decided to go away for a well deserved weekend break from city life. Our room was beautifully decorated the staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool and we tried our wits with some of the fun activities on offer.

What a wonderful 4 day break! Staff was great, kids had a fantastic time and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Pitty the zip-line was not available but the resort could not stop the flood😁. Small neg - the soft drinks were priced for 2030.

The shower malfunctioned and couldn't be fixed. Maintenance then had to disconnect the hand shower.

Nous sommes venus pour profiter du Cederberg dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement n’est pas idéal pour faire de la randonnée, en effet il y a 1h30 de route pour rejoindre Sandriff, passage obligatoire pour récupérer les permis de randonnée. L’emplacement était très bruyant, la route passe à côté, notre chambre était collée à l’arrosage automatique, réveil à 7h obligatoire. Par ailleurs il y avait une réception nous avons eu droit aux basses de la musique jusqu’à 1h du matin ! La moindre des choses est de prévenir ses hôtes, cela n’est pas professionnel. Le restaurant hormis le petit déjeuner n’était pas à notre goût. Les points positifs, vue depuis le restaurant, personnel serviable et agréable, literie confortable, installation pour les enfants, à côté de Carmen tea. Si comme nous vous venez pour randonnée dans le Cederberg allez plutôt à Sandriff.

This place has grown on me. I especially loved the SPA. Amazing facial and very good advise and very relaxing. Massage was excellent! Well done!! Patience by the therapist as the reception was confused with the booking and I was therefore late for my 1st treatment.

Amazing expensive quiet area good view, exallent for business trips, solo vacation and also family time, exallent service, friendly staff ,overally clean and hygienic place I had the absolute best experience I would love to go back again
