The room was clean and hygienic, and the price/performance ratio was high! There are trams and buses right outside, of which the T2 and 6L lines have the most frequent departures and are the fastest to Venice! You can buy a bus ticket at the hotel front desk for 2 euros (official price seems to be 1 euro?), which allows you to take the bus unlimited times within 75 minutes (excluding bus boats)!

The room is not very big, the victory is clean, the door is very strong, giving a strong sense of security, the croissant for breakfast is delicious, the outer skin is crispy, they also have a black and white kitten called jimmy, very cute. I chose the room without a bathroom, their public bathroom is relatively clean and refreshing, there are no safety issues and hygiene issues.

Soggiorno per due notti per lavoro in questa struttura. La camera pulitissima, con tutti i confort necessari. Bagno grande, doccia comoda con acqua calda immediata. (addirittura ho avuto il problema inverso...ci è voluto un po' per farla venire fredda!) Camera calda. Colazione continentale con un po' tutto, tra cui cornetto caldo servito al tavolo. Ma in particolare vorrei segnalare la gentilezza e la professionalità dei ragazzi che sono alla reception: cordialità e piena disponibilità per ogni esigenza: Lorenzo è squisitamente simpatico! La ragazza della mattina di altissima professionalità; Il ragazzo della notte è vero che parla poco italiano...ma sorride sempre! E questo vale molto di più di tante parole. Check in fatto con lui dopo le 21, non mi ha dato solo le chiavi e via...mi ha anche accompagnato in camera!! Quando torno a Venezia, so dove soggiornare...

I stayed here in October for 5 days. The hotel was perfect and had everything I needed. It was extremely clean and well kept, and affordable! The location is perfect if you don't want to stay right in Venice on the island. A great breakfast every morning and the train and bus are very easy to access to get you to anywhere. The best part -Alex!! She was so kind and helped me with planning everything I wanted to do. I was traveling alone and she went above and beyond to make my stay incredible!! We went out of the city on a prosecco tour that blew me away. It was so nice to see the beautiful countryside. I can't say enough about how great it was for me!! I hope to go back again!! Thank you so much Alex!!!

Okay, so, let's start with the positive things (this will be quick) the location is excellent and the service was decent. now for the problems: I am not a fussy guy, I usually travel in hostels or even camping so I don't expect much, however, when you pay 80 euros for a night, you expect a level of confront and cleanness that you won't expect from an hostel and in here, this hotel fails miserably. The bed was terrible, very uncomfortable, the pillows were paper thin, the room was dimly lit (it has the ambient light of a funeral) and the walls stained and scratched, our window didn't close properly so all the noise outside would come inside. I've stayed in hostels where you would pay less 20 euros for a private room that was way better than this. As for the bathroom, it was clean (thank you gods) but very poorly designed, the shower was weird, it was like they wanted to make a bath tub but changed their minds half way through and it was prone to flood the bathroom. The toilet was to close to the sink and if you wanted to sit on it you needed to sit kind of sideways because there was no leg room at least for me (I am a tall person). There was also an ant infestation in our room. Finally, the breakfast, it was simple, they advertise it as continental breakfast but there wasn't even cheese or cold meats available, just bread and sweets to out on it, not that bad, but once again, I've stayed in places where I would pay less than a quarter of what I payed here with much better options. Mind you, those places were in the Netherlands and other European capitals, so the excuse of paying 80 euros because Venice is expensive is no good. Bottom line is, avoid this place like the plague, for the money they charge you I am sure you can find much better. Oh, one last thing, there was a safe in our room, bit there was no door, speaking of doors, ours was dented as if someone punched it several times for some reason.

Un lugar perfecto para aloj**** cuando se visita Venecia. Es un hotel sencillo, limpio, con desayuno incluido sencillo y variado y el personal amable y atento. Justo al lado hay una parada de autobús que te lleva a Venecia en la línea 6L o 66 y tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar a la plaza Roma. Estos buses pasan cada poco tiempo. También hay un autobús nocturno. Aloj**** fuera de Venecia es una alternativa fácil y más económica y este hotel es perfecto para ello.

The truth is that it was a good place to stay, it came equipped with everything, a large room with heating, television, desk…. Kitchen also well equipped and with respect to the bathroom it was very well equipped. I arrived later than the check-in time for the accommodation and they told me that I wouldn't have any problems and that I shouldn't worry, I loved that part.

*Location: 30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Piazzale Roma(Bus 6/6L €1.50)to and from Piazzale Roma take bus 6L from Piazza Mercato which is 2 minutes from the room or bus 6 from San Antonio bus stop(5 minute walk) you've got the option to take the tram to the bus/train station too. Lots of bars/restaurants and a Lidl supermarket nearby. Right on your doorstep is Pizzeria Tony Bonincontro(just amazing with affordable prices). Walking distance to the train station(15 minutes) bus station(20 minutes). *Room: You'll stay in a room sharing a flat/apartment. It's got a communal fridge and a shared bathroom with shower gel. Unfortunately, the room smells of cigarette, and this must be addressed ASAP as it wasn't pleasant despite having the windows opened. Other than that it's got a small tv but in an angle that's not in front of you but we used this only a couple of times as we were leaving very early and coming back late(only italian channels). The room was big with a squeaky bed and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Shutters that were really good to block out any light from the road. Not so good pillows and again the smell of cigarettes was strong. *Check-in/out: We had to call the person in charge and he came to show us the room and give us the keys. On our checkout we left the keys inside the room. You've got to pay €4 per person per night in cash on your arrival. Tips: Download the AVM Venezia official APP and buy a 24/48/72 hour transport pass that allows you to use waterboats(Vaporetto), buses, tram in Venezia. I would recommend this room for it's location and price.

Perfect connection with Venice, bus next door and throughout the day and night Good room, good bathroom, clean. Bad location on the website. If you don't have internet, there is no way to know because you have to communicate with the owner and if you write to him he takes a long time to respond or does not respond at all. The keys work fine.
