There is no doubt that I will stay at the W Hotel again when I come to the Verbier Music Festival next year. Breakfast is something I will miss even if I live in other cities during my time in Switzerland. Very delicious. The surrounding environment of w hotel is even more intoxicating. It is very convenient to just go to the cable car. The scenery outside the room window is like a fairyland. The hotel waiters are all smiling and enthusiastic. There are free pick-up and drop-off services at the hotel when you go to nearby places. When I encountered travel and transportation problems, the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and perfect in helping me solve many problems. It was such a great stay that I could only come back again. Ha ha

The breakfast was good, the room was clean and large, and the location was very good. My children attended a winter camp in Verbier and stayed for three nights. It was very convenient for skiing.

Très belle expérience Merci à maxime d'avoir répondu à mes attentes pour le service en chambre Très beau spa Bar et personnel au top Le repas était excellent Je recommande pleinement cet établissement luxueux et chaleureux (la petite cheminée dans la chambre est juste parfaite )

À l’arrivée, accueil très agréable du personnel et du voiturier, bravo. La chambre est spacieuse (nous avions payé un upgrade, vue géniale). Par contre je ne comprends pas l’agencement du wc qui faisait très cheap (cuvette plastique qui bougeait beaucoup). Dommage du petit détail ae la prise du sèche cheveux avec une prise française et pas d’adaptateur; oups pas grave , y’avait une prise qui correspondait au salon et on aurait pu appeler la réception. Par contre désolé mais le menu du Bô n’est pas très fin et en tout cas pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Heureusement le lendemain on profite dans le même restaurant d’un très joli buffet pour le petit déjeuner

A convenient location for the cable cars. Probably a fun, buzzing hotel during the season but off-season it was quiet and Verbier was dead with most places closed. The summer season is concentrated in July and August only.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous nous rendons dans cet hôtel avec beaucoup de plaisir hors saison hivernale. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et à l’écoute. Nous avons à plusieurs reprises été surclassés. La nourriture servie dans les restaurants est de qualité. Le spa est spacieux, le nouvel espace avec piscine et lit est idéal pour se reposer. Nous y reviendrons comme chaque année.

J’ai eu la chance de séjourner 7 nuits dans ce très bel hôtel. J’ai été très touchée par la bienveillance et la gentillesse des équipes. Les employés étaient toujours souriants, prévenants, aux petits soins. C’était un réel plaisir et j’ai déjà hâte de revenir et de les retrouver ! Un grand merci !
