Abbiamo preso un pacchetto con soggiorno di una notte, spa e cena Tutto perfetto La cena e la colazione ottime, parcheggio comodo con ascensore si arriva alla reception, la spa non troppo grande ma molto efficiente con bagno turco ,sauna e vasca. Complimenti tutto perfetto

Hotel molto bello personale cordiale, il menù, per chi soggiorna più di tre giorni, purtroppo è sempre lo stesso. Metà strategica per visitare l'entroterra Romagnolo. Spa bella ma poco funzionale per più di due coppie, mi sono trovato a condividere con tre coppie uno spazio veramente ridotto da rivedere le entrate prenotate in spa.

ero già stato nel 2017 ed il posto ha mantenuto il suo livello. Ho usufruito della stanza Rosa d’oro su più livelli e del ristorante interno. Pienamente soddisfatto del rapporto qualità prezzo e della cura nell’accoglienza. Ottima la colazione per assortimento e qualità. Tornerò molto volentieri spero il prima possibile.

La struttura è carina anche se la camera molto piccolo. Non si passava in due, al limite del consentito. Ho prenotato con una Smartbox e purtroppo il trattamento non è stato dei migliori. Se non trattate i clienti Smartbox al pari degli altri credo non dobbiate partecipare al circuito Smartbox. Facilities solo per una persona anche se eravamo in due. Ho richiesto tappi per le orecchie e non ce li avevano, ho richiesto un adattatore Shuko per il phon e non lo avevano. Per l’upgrade a una camera decente ci hanno chiesto 90€.

L'Oste del Castello è stata una bella sorpresa, così come la stessa Verucchio, per trascorrere un weekend di relax e cultura in uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia. La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile dai parcheggi limitrofi (P2 e P3) ed è prospiciente la piazza centrale, proprio ai piedi della torre dell'orologio e della Rocca Malatestiana: comodissima, dunque, anche per brevi escursioni in centro. La SPA è confortevole e rilassante, specialmente la sauna che raggiunge subito alte temperature; molto comodi anche i lettini in pietra per potersi rilassare una volta usciti dalla vasca. Il ristorante interno -Al Mastin Vecchio- ci ha fatto gustare degli ottimi piatti a base di tartufo e carni locali, accompagnando il tutto con ottimi vini e distillati. Gustosa sorpresa anche il dolce: da provare la sfera di cioccolato fondente con castagne caramellate! La stanza era una vera chicca, all'ultimo piano della struttura e dunque con soffito spiovente: sembrava una baita di montagna. Complessivamente confortevole, ma la temperatura all'interno era davvero alta e di notte questo un po' si soffriva. Abbiamo provato ad accendere la ventilazione, ma purtroppo non andava (probabilmente era stata già messa in modalità OFF per la stagione invernale). Per il resto, soggiorno da incorniciare!

The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived.
The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside.
The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected.
I would not visit this property again.
I would have to say breakfast was good and the ******* staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room

This hotel is amazing, we are planing to come back for a longer stay next year !
The area and the view is stunning, very close to san marino, san leo, beaches, rimini and wine fields for wine tasting.
Their service is great. The hotel is really pretty and quite different with small tunnels and "caves" and such, they even got a spa !
The restaurant in/under the hotel is THE best we tried in our 14 day trip driving around in italy, nothing comes close to the level of service and quality !!
