The hotel is so nice and convenient, near by the train station.

The front desk service was very helpful and solved the problems I had with the previous reservation. The room was comfortable and clean. It was right outside the train station and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, which was very convenient for travel.

Nice hotel, just beside Geneva Lane, not far from the Chaplin statue and the Grand Fork. Breakfast is also good, 2 minutes walk from the train station

The environment is okay. It's very close to the lake within walking distance.

There is still one more check-in date🈷️. After receiving the confirmation email, I found that the scheduled date was wrong and immediately contacted Ctrip and the hotel. I have communicated with the hotel many times and refused to change the date, which is too impersonal.

First of all, the location is very good as it is right in front of the station. It's really a minute away. The room was clean and the staff was nice too.

The Astra Hotel in Vevey provided a comfortable, first-class stay. Everything worked well. Check in and check out were smooth. It was especially convenient for train travelers, with its location directly across the street from the main entrance to the station. The Coop market in the train station was well stocked, and everything looked fresh for a quick meal or refreshment. There was also a good choice of restaurants in the neighborhood. This hotel is an all-around excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers!

This hotel was so perfect for everything we needed! It’s right outside the main train station with a good link everywhere (Montreaux, Chateau du Chillon, Lausanne, Les Diablerets). Right outside the hotel, you have supermarkets, shopping center, restaurants, pharmacies and even a medical center for adults and kids (just in case). Staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a room upgrade, large bed, seating area, fridge and cooking oven. It’s also a short walk to all main attractions (5-10 minutes) plus bus 201 takes you everywhere. As a plus, there’s a hot tub in the roof top that is perfect to end the day. If there’s any points of improvement, it would be breakfast, that could have a biggger variety. But that wouldn’t not change my opinion about this hotel. For us, it’ll always be our stay when visiting the Vevey-Montreaux area. Highly recommend it!

With lots of shaded outdoor tables it was grand to arrive and be immediately seated amongst the other diners. Satisfying and sustaining we were well pleased with the dishes. Accompanied by a cooling glass of white wine. The chap looking after us was fine, albeit very busy seemingly on his own. Finishing with a coffee and cappuccino, it was a relaxing interlude.

The Astra Hotel is in an excellent location, directly across from the train station and in the town center. It was quiet despite being in a busy area. My room was spacious, and linens were high quality. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was remodeled and redecorated fairly recently. Two things that I would change: 1) Provide an electric kettle for tea or coffee, 2) Change tubs to showers and add grab bars. I’m a senior citizen, and it was not easy to get in and out of the tub.

I have stayed at this hotel with tour groups many times over the past few years and it is always a pleasure. The location could not be more convenient , right next to the train station and local amenities and is a short walk from the center of old town and the lake. The staff are fabulously helpful and kind and the hotel restaurant is excellent. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

Way better than expected. Nice room size, wonderful staff and great location. We had some problem with what I think we’re some type of fruit fly but it had nothing to do with cleanliness. Just the season. Parking was a plus even though they charged.
