This is the most expensive hotel I stayed in during this trip. I originally wanted to book two lake view suites, but unfortunately there was only one available! When it comes to evaluation, I can only say: it’s classy enough and worth the price!

Beautiful hotel which we feel is in transition, SPA under construction, Hammam not working, outdated decor, nonchalant bar staff, coffee served cold. So value for money no longer works.

Dieses Hotel ist eifach ein Traum, alles ist mit liebe gemacht und das gesamte Personal ist zauberhaft. Die Lage ist Top, man kann zu Fuß gut alles ansehen. Die Promenade so schön auch im Winter. Das Essen im Hotel ist auch ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr angenehm, sehr Komfortable

Aussergewöhnlicher, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmer mit Balkon und wunderbarem Blick auf den Genfersee und die Alpen.
Zimmer sehr sauber (Zimmerservice 2x täglich). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful five night stay in September in a lakefront junior suite, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. Our room was pretty and spacious. The hotel has classic old world elegance, and excellent service. Breakfast with that lovely view was a delight. We had dinner twice in the hotel’s more casual restaurant, which was good, and walked to nearby restaurants other nights. The train station and boat dock were easily walkable for excursions. An unusual cold spell kept us from enjoying dinner or drinks on the terrace, but that looked like it would be heaven in warmer weather. We had a very memorable stay.

We had a great time to enjoy the lake front room at the hotel. The staff did great job to prepare the room for the wife's birthday. The view is breathtaking and the hotel service is great. We did not have time to enjoy the spa but the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is suitable for romantic stay and the location is super for the sunset picture of Lake Geneva.
