Vue imprenable et lieu chaleureux
Superbe séjour de 4 jours! Une vue imprenable depuis la chambre sur les sommets et la magnifique Dent Blanche. Parfait emplacement pour skier avec la piste qui arrive directement jusqu’à l’hôtel. Le personnel est attentionné et chaleureux, et le lobby confortable. Le restaurant est sympa et on y mange bien. Vivement l’ouverture du Spa Thermal!

Das perfekte Hotel für Skiurlaub in den 4 Vallées
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - aussergewöhnlicher Service, feines und nicht alltägliche Essen, Lage direkt an der Skipiste, tolles Ambiente und das Zimmer war im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes „cosy“.

Porte de l'hôtel ouverte à 1030, toutefois on nous a refusé de nous servir un café et on nous exclu de l'établissement car réservé à leurs clients. Ils ont certainement trop de clients de la région. Tout simplement déplorable mais quelle belle publicité.

Prachtige wellness en fantastisch uitzicht. Alles is groot en ruim opgezet op 2 verdiepingen. Helaas zijn er weinig ligstoelen en geen zonneschermen. We hadden dus geen plek om buiten het zwembad te liggen. We zullen in de winter terug komen om het dan nog eens te ondervinden.

Bel hôtel qui parait flambant neuf, accueil sympathique, personnel qui se donne de la peine et qui en a pas mal, surtout au petit déjeuner, où le maître d’hôtel rattrape leurs erreurs. Problèmes de signalisation dans des garages compliqués et dans les étages. Jolies chambres, qui pourraient disposer au-moins d’une bouilloire et un peu de thé et de café, d’autant que le bar et la réception ferment tôt le soir.

Personnel présent pour leur client. Vue spectaculaire, les bains rien à dire tout es super, et les massages sont excellents. Je recommande cet hôtel, ils vous proposeront les meilleurs endroit pour manger. Nous ne somme à pas desçu de se séjour incroyable.

Super hôtel, finition très soignée et on y vient pour profiter d’un concept très intelligent ; des chambres spacieuses, agréables et des lits confortables, un SPA, des restaurants et un bar. Idéalement localisé pour partir en randonnée et pour oublier la voiture dans le parking le temps du séjour. Le personnel est très attentionné et professionnel.

All was perfect except the service at the lobby bar and at the restaurants (though food was good). The thermal baths and spa complex next to the hotel is really nice.
