Only great place in entire Trujillo to stay. Clean rooms, great and very friendly staff even Lia with red hair still she is very friendly and helpfull consider one of the best staff, Pedro is the most calm and friendly bartender he always goes above and beyond. great service, amazing food fresh juices. Walking distance to great restaurants in the very safe area. It’s my third trip to Trujillo from Los Angeles CA. I do not consider staying in any other hotel in this city.

Gran atención del personal. Muy limpio. Gran restaurant, buenos platos y muy bien preparados. Nos ayudaron con algunas particularidades que surgieron durante la estadía y fueron muy amables. Vuelvo aquí la próxima vez que tenga que hacerlo. Por negocios no falla.

Very good ratio price/ quality. Probably best hotel in Trujillo. Location not in the heart of the city but it is just 10 minutes drive by Uber or Taxi to old town. Breakfast very tasty, quality of rooms as well. The biggest asset is extremely helpful reception staff. Ladies have helped us to modify reservation after Latam flight cancellation earlier, and also advise most efficient and reasonable sightseeing tour on Trujillo and nearby highlights. One of those ladies was Genesis and 2nd one don't remember the name however worked with Genesis at the same shift during our check in. Generally highly recommended hotel in Trujillo!

Los chicos Bonnie y Piero ESPECTACULAR! Super atentos y siempre dispuestos; la atencion tanto en el restaurante como en el desayuno 1000 puntos, gente calida te hacen sentir como en casa. La comida en Ziba riquisima y el desayuno super completo y muy variado.
