The hotel is close to the center and is old, but clean.
The towels are white.
The breakfast is delicious.
The drinks in the room are reasonably priced.
The doorman is waiting.
Ocean view from the window and pigeon droppings.
I waited until 2am until check-in.
I took a taxi to the beach, but it was a deserted and dirty beach, and I could have walked there after stopping by the mall.
The draft Guinness at the nearby bar was cheap and delicious.
There were no cockroaches or ants, as I was worried about.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. Mattress was firm, furnishings were ok. View of the harbor looking south out the room window from the 5th floor was nice.
Complimentary breakfast was not good. Coffee was terrible, couldn't drink it. Ordered dinner from room service one of the 4 nights we were there, it was ok.
In summary, everything was good except the breakfast.
