Very nice hotel, quiet. The breakfast is varied but the dinner table leaves something to be desired. Expensive for what it is, not worthy of a so-called great chef's restaurant....

No estuvimos alojados pero pudimos entrar a ver los jardines Estuvimos durmiendo hace muchos años y estaba un poco decrépito pero ahora tiene muy buena pinta. Creo que tienen campo de golf y eso influye en el precio de la habitación. Si pasas por Vidago , no dejes de ir a verlo.

The vintage property and surroundings are outstanding. But I believe the value is excessive, with rear facing pet friendly room as surely a downgrade, not an upgrade.

hotel excelente, decoração espetacular com funcionários super simpáticos onde nos sentimos em pleno anos 20. Sala de estar e jantar super bem decorados . Quartos acolhedores e almofadas super cómodas. Quarto de banho diferente muito elegante a lembrar inicio do seculo passado mas adaptado ás novas exigencias

Le cadre de l'hôtel est fantastique, malheureusement le service est en chute libre et se dégrade au fil du temps. J'ai payé une chambre quasi double du prix car j'avais un chien. La chambre était située au sous-sol (!), sombre et sans vue. Malgré le prix l'accès à la piscine intérieure était payant (nouveau et inepte). La manager n'a aucun égard pour ses clients. Le hall de sortie à mon étage est resté encombré de déchets (bouteilles vides, étiquettes à bagages etc.) pendant tout le week-end. Bref il faudrait sérieusement se ressaisir pour prétendre aux 5 étoiles. Je ne peux que conseiller aux voyageurs de prendre un hôtel de la même gamme à Chaves, moins cher et mieux tenu.
