I stayed for 3 nights during my trip to Vienna. The cost of living in Austria is generally expensive, but I made a reservation for a reasonable price of around 100,000 won per night, including breakfast. I was assigned to the single bed room I requested, and it was clean and tidy, but even though I requested cleaning on the second day, they only made the blankets and did not provide towels or water. It was a bit disappointing that this service was not provided even though there was no discount for staying for multiple nights. There was no refrigerator in the room, so I had to drink lukewarm drinks, and if you ask the front desk, they will lend you a hot pot, but if someone else borrows it, you can't use it. There is a Burger King that is open until dawn and a convenience store next to a gas station, so I didn't feel any lack of amenities, but it didn't seem safe enough to walk around late at night. It is conveniently located near the West Station, but there were a lot of homeless people and juvenile delinquents, so I was a little scared when I came back at night even though I am an adult male. I only talked about negative things, but the staff was very kind, the breakfast was delicious, and there was nothing particularly inconvenient during my stay. It was a very, very satisfactory accommodation, especially considering the cost-effectiveness.

The hygienic environment of the hotel is good, with wet and dry bathrooms separated. There are also supermarkets, fast food restaurants, etc. nearby (open after 8 o'clock). There are different transportation facilities around, making it convenient to visit Vienna.

The front desk staff is very friendly and provides luggage storage. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, but the partition and water leakage in the shower room are not very effective, and the water will fill the sink.

When cleaning, we were not given a second bottle 5. Breakfast is not very varied, but you can find something to eat.
